As part of the Greater Southern Waterfront transformation as well as rejuvenation on our tourism industry, the first phrase of Sentosa-Brani Master Plan will begin by the end of this year. This redevelopment plan will be divided into five zones, where each offers distinctive experience, like nature trails, adventure and water shows and beach attractions.

The Iconic Merlion tower will also give way for a linkway, connecting Resorts World Sentosa and the island’s southern beaches. This linkway, named “Sentosa Sensoryscape’, will cost S$90 million to build and is scheduled for completion in 2022. With the many transformation and redevelopment on the way in Singapore, analysts expected this will bring in “considerable’ increase in the number of tourist visiting Singapore.

Besides the south, Mandai will be transformed into an eco-tourism hub by the year 2023; the Jurong Lake District will have a tourism project featuring on lifestyle by the year 2026.
